Shipping conditions

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 working days after receipt of the order. We ship mainly via DPS, according to your preference and destination.

Delivery times are usually 6/11 days but depend on the carrier chosen and the delivery area. Each order is accompanied by a tracking number so that you can track the progress of your package in real time.

Delivery costs are fixed and displayed when your order is validated. We currently deliver to all countries of the European Union.

For fragile products, special care is taken with the packaging to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition.
