All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt. We primarily ship via Mondial Relay, Chronopost, or Colissimo, depending on your preference and destination.

Delivery times depend on the chosen carrier and the delivery area. Each order comes with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your package in real time.

Shipping costs are fixed and displayed when your order is confirmed. We currently deliver to all countries in the European Union.

For fragile products, special care is taken with the packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
