Return Policy - Oraya Prestige

We operate a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unopened, unused, sealed where applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the situation and find a solution.

Exceptions or non-returnable items

Some types of items cannot be returned, including:

Cosmetic products opened, unpacked, or already used

Personal care items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Customized products or made on request

Hazardous products, flammable liquids or gases

Promotional items

Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item in your possession and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Withdrawal period of 14 days in the European Union

If the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As indicated above, the product must be unopened, unused, with its seals intact, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

We will inform you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund is approved.

If this is the case, your original payment method will be automatically refunded within 7 business days.

Please note that the time it takes to post the refund depends on your bank or credit card company.
